How the handover works

What exactly do I get for $499?: The registered domain agikills.us. Choose "Transfer to my registrar" and it moves to a registrar account you control, and that is the whole deal. Choose "Register & manage it for me" and we keep it registered in your name and run the services you pick.
Can I switch from managed to transfer later?: Yes. Email us any time and we push the domain to your registrar. Add-ons stay active until the end of their paid year; unused months are not refunded.
How fast is the transfer?: Within 2 business days of payment we either push the domain into your account at the same registrar or send you the authorisation code for a transfer.
What if I only want some of the add-ons later?: Email us. Add-ons can be added at any time and are prorated to the same renewal date.
Refunds?: The domain sale is final once the transfer or registration handover starts. Add-ons are billed yearly in advance and are not refunded for unused months; if we have not provisioned a service at all within 30 days, that add-on is refunded in full.
